At G1 Signs, we produce high-quality bespoke signage and printed products. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By ordering with us you agree to the terms set out below.
Bespoke & custom-made items
The majority of our products are made to your individual specification and are therefore non-returnable and non-refundable except where they arrive damaged.
Damaged on delivery
We will accept a return or arrange a replacement for bespoke items only if the product arrives physically damaged. To make a claim:
- Photograph the damage clearly, showing both the item and its packaging
- Email the photographs to us along with your order number
- This must be done within one working day of receiving your delivery
Claims received after one working day of delivery, or without photographic evidence, cannot be accepted.
Artwork & image quality
G1 Signs is not responsible for poor print quality resulting from artwork or image files supplied by the customer. This includes:
- Low resolution images (we recommend a minimum of 300 DPI at print size)
- Blurry, pixelated, or compressed files
- Incorrect colour profiles or unconverted spot colours
- Fonts not outlined or embedded
- Artwork not set to the correct dimensions or bleed
No refund or replacement will be issued where the print quality issue is attributable to files or artwork supplied by the customer.
It is your responsibility to ensure all artwork meets our print specifications. Specifications are available on our website or on request. We recommend requesting a proof before approving your order for production.
Standard stock items
Where we supply non-bespoke stock items, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. If a stock item is faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, please contact us within 30 days of receipt.
How to contact us
To report a damaged delivery or make a returns enquiry, email us and include:
- Your full name and order number
- Clear photographs of the damage (for damaged delivery claims)
- A brief description of the issue
